GIS Participating Graduate Programs

A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (AGS)

Application for admission into the A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (Ph.D.) program is administered between the A*STAR Graduate Academy (A*GA) and the graduate programs of both the National University of Singapore (NUS) & Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Successful applicants will be registered with either NUS or NTU and supported by the A*GA. In collaboration with colleagues in its sister research institutes and/or academics in NUS and NTU, GIS scientists will be involved in the supervision of the students.

How to Apply:
Prospective students may submit their applications through the A*GS-NUS/NTU application forms found on the AGS website. Students interested in working with GIS are strongly encouraged to make early contact with the GIS scientists of interest to prepare a project proposal, which is required for the application.

Graduate Programs at NUS and NTU

Students who have chosen to do their Ph.D. program at either NUS or NTU can be supervised by GIS scientists holding adjunct positions in either/both University.
